The Post Office service that has “popped -up” in Stow Minster (since March 2015) has changed to become a mobile service using a purposely fitted-out van with customer access at the rear. This new service commenced on the 12th June 2025. In addition to the changed provision for the village of Stow, changes have been made to the “pop-up” provision in nearby Sturton-by-Stow and Torksey. The Post Office van will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays as follows:
Tuesday:
09.00am – 10.30am in Stow in or near the rear car park of the Cross Keys
10.45am – 12.15pm in Sturton-by-Stow at or near the Village Hall
12.45pm – 1.45pm in Torksey in the outer car park of the Elms
Thursday:
11.30am – 12.30pm in Torksey in the outer car park of the Elms
1.00pm – 2.45pm in Sturton-by-Stow at or near the Village Hall
3.00pm – 4.45pm in Stow in or near the rear car park of the Cross Keys
